There are many different on-line forex trading firms most offer mock accounts to try before trading with live accounts. Minimum investments are anywhere from $200 to $10,000. I use CMS Forex http://www.cmsfx.com/, but there are many different companies. Most of the trading firms don’t charge commissions, as they make their money on the spreads. Many different books exist on Forex trading. I suggest starting with: Forex Made Easy: Six Ways to Trade the Dollar, by James Dicks.

Warning: Forex trading is very difficult, and because of the huge leverage that most traders use, you can lose a lot of money very quickly. Practice for several months before you trade with a live account.

I am all about making money and I joined this site months back and love it, learing to day trade and making nothing but money with these guys. http://professionalstocktraderlive.com, best I have seen.

ok disregard the last post but i do think your trading strategy will lead you to whip out your account its dangerous to trade that way but do agree that the recommended stop losses are to low especially if you dont have much money now im not sure how long you been on your demo account i do belive you need to stay on your demo a bit longer until you learn to trade a system that fit you and your personality trade as if you had real money on the line and until you can trade without temptation,greed and have counted out your account killing move your not ready but keep at any has nothing to do with your age a lot of “pros ” still dont know how to trade successfully but keep in mind your goal shouldn’t to be a millionaire but to master a system and not lose make pips remove all thought of getting rich quick those thats will hold you back but it will happen in no time before you know it,,,, may the pips be with you

Nope.

The best way to become a millionaire is to start with a million dollars. Barring that, nothing is guaranteed.

The question you really should be asking yourself is this: If it is that easy for a teenager to become a millionaire, why isn’t everyone doing it? (or already a millionaire)

The answer is that it isn’t that easy and you will be wiped out long before you are worth 6 figures, let alone 7. The odds that a 18yo has an edge over the professional masses are so astronomically low that you might as well bet as if it is impossible.

(Don’t feel bad. The odds that a 35 year old amateur has an edge over the professional masses are also low enough to be dismissed…esp in FX and particularly with the application of leverage)

Forex Trading is not not an easy game, it demands a lot of in depth knowledge and some practice.

Well, it’s not that hard either, but it’s not the kinda business you can do and learn at the same time. ofcourse, learning never ends, but a good basic knowledge is definitely important.

The dollar fell to new multiyear lows against the euro and Australian dollar on Friday. The yen hit a record low versus the euro and fell against the dollar before the two-day G-7 meeting in Washington. The G-7 is unlikely to have a strong statement criticizing the yen’s weakness as Japan is not intervening in the FX market.

I believe your talking about trading the news such as the G 7 ,news is dangerous to trade and the spreads are wide as the news breaks at most brokers.

I trade 4x myself.

The first question I would ask you if I was an investor is, “Show me your results”.

Secondly, if you are so good at making money for yourself, which you should be to invest others’ money, then why are you wasting your time asking for money rather than using that time making money for yourself.

(I find most fund managers’ performance is mediocre or bad. If they were good at it, they would spend their time doing it on their own account. So, I will NEVER use a fund manager.)

So your business plan is rather irrelevant; you need a good trading track record to persuade clients to invest their money with you.
